About project

Inside a translucent pavilion, a desert takes shape. Sand, cactus, dry grass, agave — an arid landscape held within a minimal steel frame, stripped of everything but the essential. Ground-level fixtures rise from the sand. Bollards stand among the planting. Light grazes stone and catches the edge of each blade. The environment is not a metaphor. It is a direct statement: that extreme conditions are not obstacles to beauty, but the place where it is most honestly tested. Designed by REM Design for Luce&Light's Extreme Dimensions collection — a range built to endure salt, chlorine, humidity, and heat without compromise. Here, the harshest landscape becomes the showcase. The light performs exactly where it was made to live.
